Cirafici v. Goffe

85 Ill. App. 2d 1102 (1980)

Facts

Cirafici (P) was a patient of Goffen (D), a dentist. P visited D about her ill-fitting dentures and D induced P to get dental implants under the alleged promise that they would eliminate the difficulties she was having with her dentures and would enable her to eat corn on the cob. They did not allow P to eat corn on the cob and P sued D for a breach of contract. The case was dismissed, and P appealed.
