P eventually paid D $762, and the unit was not fixed. The leveling job was also found to have consisted of merely shoveling some gravel from her patio under it. P then hired another company, and they fixed the unit for $72. The trial court found that P should have been charged $150 and then awarded P the difference of $762-$150+$72= $684. D appealed.
