Facts
P filed two lawsuits in state court. Case 1255 P claims that D and Cron (D) jointly owe P $4063.62 for materials in the construction of a certain building that those Ds had contracted to build for Kraft Foods Company (D). D removed the case. In Case 1256 P alleged a breach of contract. The total damages prayed for in the petition, exclusive of interest and costs, is the sum of $2,161.30. D filed a counterclaim for $4,876.84. and then removed the cause.
