Facts

This was an alienation and loss of consortium action brought by a husband (P) against Defendant (D) for enticing his wife to permanently desert and abandon P. During deposition, P stated that his attorneys had information that D and his wife were together at motels. D then filed a motion to compel discovery of the dates and times etc. at motels. P opposed that motion.
